I am almost to the surgery date! I have an Upper GI Series, an ultrasound, a chest xray and an EKG to do on April 11. After that I have to meet with the doctor again and take a class on nutrition for before and after surgery and then it's time for surgery.
Everyone around us are very supportive of our decision. I am getting so excited to finally have a healthier life.
I belong to a group on Facebook for gastric bypass. I love being apart of it. I am able to ask questions that I have been wondering. I get to hear stories of success and hear from people just like me.
